Payment of the reduced “early bird” registration fee is applicable only for the case when the payment is done before July 15, 2022 together with the registering to the conference through your personal account at the conference webpage:

Please note that the amount that is payable to the beneficiary must be for the full registration fee. Any bank charges that are needed for the transfer must be paid by the participant.

Cancelation Policy: Cancellations of registration fee payment must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Payments will be refunded subjected to a deduction of 50% to cover administrative charges in case of cancellation request come in on or before July 31, 2022. No fees will be returned for cancellation requests received after that date.
